Things to Know

During Your Stay

Cancellations

  • No refunds for early departure
  • No refunds for weather conditions such as lack of snow, or rain/wind.
  • Payment is refundable less 10% with 30-day cancellation notice.

Rates

  • Minimum Two (2) night stay.
  • If the calendar shows only one night available between 2 consecutive bookings, call us to inquire on booking this one-night stay.
  • 50% payment (deposit) is required at time of booking. The other 50% will be charged upon check-in.
  • Base Rate is dependent on cabin occupancy.
  • Extra persons are $5/night.
  • Pets are $30 per night.
  • Please add 8% for Deschutes County Room Tax and 1.5% for Oregon Lodging Tax.
  • We accept: Cash, Visa and Mastercard.
  • SNOW-BUS SHUTTLES - $50 ROUND TRIP PER PERSON

Occupancy

  • It is your obligation to declare extra people and pets upon arrival.
  • Pets must be kept on a leash and not left unattended.
  • Rates subject to change without notice.

Pets

  • Two (2) pets allowed during your stay.
  • There is a $30/night per pet non-refundable pet fee.
  • Pets must not be left unattended and leashed at all times.
  • Pet waste must be removed and disposed of.
  • Dogs are not allowed in the upstairs bedrooms. No pets allowed in Ponderosa cabin.
  • If hiking, please remember to carry poop bags.

  • More specifically: the weather, insects, rodents or the presence of wildlife (deer, bear, squirrels, raccoons, bats) in our area.
  • After all, this is their home as well.
