Cancellations
- No refunds for early departure
- No refunds for weather conditions such as lack of snow, or rain/wind.
- Payment is refundable less 10% with 60-day cancellation notice. Within 60 days, a refund will be granted for each night re-rented, less 10%.
Rates
- Minimum Two (2) night stay.
- Full payment in advance is required.
- Base Rate is dependent on cabin occupancy.
- Extra persons are $5/night.
- Pets are $30 per night.
- Please add 8% for Deschutes County Room Tax and 1.5% for Oregon Lodging Tax.
- We accept: Cash, Visa and Mastercard.
- SNO-CAT SHUTTLES - $200 ROUND TRIP PER CABIN
Occupancy
- It is your obligation to declare extra people and pets upon arrival. Pets must be kept on a leash and not left unattended. Rates subject to change without notice.
Pets
- One (1) Pet allowed during your stay year-round.
- There is a $30/night per pet non-refundable pet fee.
- Pets must not be left unattended and leashed at all times.
- Dogs are not allowed in the upstairs bedrooms.
- If hiking, please remember to carry poop bags.
